Our web site has been born due to kind support of Norwegian citizens via Technical fund of Norwegian Funds managed by Czech Ministry of Finance. This information space is created in relation to the long-term effort of the Faculty of Forestry and Wood Technology (Mendel University in Brno, Czech Republic) in the field of Tropical Forestry & Ecology.. Structure has been set up and design has been proposed in August 2008 testing period, although continuos effort follows.
